It is used in the Syncify service to find a corresponding coworker record in Lime CRM to set as responsible coworker on the customer being synced.

The name of the responsible coworker set on the customer in the ERP system.

Transfer of personal data

The name is used in calls to the Lime CRM REST API. Those calls are done over HTTPS.

No personal data is logged.

No. Not without performing a customization that changes the behavior of the add-on to not integrate responsible salesperson.
