Components

ERP Master consists of the following components:

• VBA module in Lime CRM.
• Code in Syncify's on-premise service.
• Code in Syncify's cloud service.

VBA

The VBA module in Lime CRM handles setting fields to readonly.

Syncify Services

Syncify has built two different services. One for cloud based ERP systems and one for on-premise ERP Systems. Their cloud service is automatically updated and will support the ERP Master add-on. For their on-premise service, it is important to follow the requirement in version.

When the synchronization is run, the Syncify service will compare the timestamp for when it last started with the timestamp for when a customer in the ERP system was last updated. All updated customers are then sent to Lime CRM. All of this follows how invoices and invoice rows are handled in the standard ERP Connector.
